If Rose & Arrow is the country's most ambitious Pinot Noir venture (which Shane would certainly argue in favor of) then 00 Wines might be the most ambitious when it comes to Chardonnay. These have quickly become collector favorites and critics have heaped praise over the project for several years now--one went so far as to call them the Coche of America.

Possible hyperbole aside...these are wines that clearly speak to lovers of Burgundy, especially White Burgundy. They possess a verve and minerality that is incredibly rare outside of the Cote d'Or.
