2018 Dominique Gruhier Crémant de Bourgogne Rosé

Dominique’s holdings are roughly 20 minutes south of the border of the Aube home to the Southern Champagne “Cotes des Bars” région. Same geology, same attention to the winemaking. In essence this is a Cremant in name only and offers up all the qualities I would expect in a great Champagne at a fraction of the cost. This is the wine Peter stocks his cellar with every year. 2 cases at a clip, one white one rosé. You simply cannot beat this quality price ratio.
