Gruhier 2022 Epineuil Rouge

This is not just any Pinot Noir: It's Chablisien Pinot Noir. A red wine made from the same oyster shell-laden soils found in Chablis. While it’s 100% Pinot Noir, it shares the brisk minerality and high acidity that makes Chablis so imminently drinkable. Meanwhile, rising temperatures have allowed the grapes to achieve added ripeness, giving the wine depth and intensity than was previously thought possible so far north in Burgundy.
