Join us for a very special Italian winemaker visit from the beautiful region of Marche! We will be welcoming Riccardo Baldi of La Staffa into NYV to share his exceptional wines. He was quite young when he devoted himself to his family’s old vineyards, which they had previously farmed to make wine for their own consumption. He introduced biodynamic methods, working with indigenous yeast, aging in concrete tanks, and vinifying each vineyard area separately to discover the secrets of each small site. He will guide you through 4 of his wines and regale you with endless stories of his passion for his land and his wines. You don't want to miss this one!!!
