Ameztoi is the top dog in the Getariako Txakolina - a family-run winery now in its seventh generation. They’ve been pretty much advancing the whole region for the last decade. Drawing fruit from right next to the Bay of Biscay, these wines have such a beautiful natural salinity to go along with the bright red berry fruits and a GORGEOUS natural viscosity that comes from fermenting in closed steel tanks.
